Masterman HSA was in need of a brand revitalization as the school continued progressing into a new era with expanded opportunities and a refreshed identity. Our small studio, New Leaf, was tasked with reimagining the Masterman brand while also defining our individual roles within the team throughout the process. As team leader, I helped guide the overall creative direction of the project, organized responsibilities and deadlines, and ensured the team stayed aligned on both vision and execution. Alongside leadership responsibilities, I contributed logo sketches, seal concepts, visual ideas, and additional brand elements that helped shape the final identity system. The project became a strong exercise in balancing collaboration, organization, and creative exploration within a studio environment. The work provided mostly covers what I created for this project, including sketches and finalized designs. I will add more once Masterman actually starts implementing the designs.
